Superman: Still Looking Good at 75 Years

DC Comics and Warner Bros have put up an impressive video celebrating Superman's legacy for the past 75 years. This animated short combines the skills of Zack Snyder (director of Man of Steel) and Bruce Timm (the legend behind many of DC's WB animated series). There's plenty of great references crammed in just 2 minutes and 15 seconds of video.

Considering that Clark Kent's been one of the earliest "super" heroes to ever appear, he's been through a whole lot of turns -both good and bad. But one cannot deny that impact of an invulnerable flying alien who has chosen to live on Earth and be the "champion" of humanity.

There have been plenty of stories about how bad things would turn out if the Last Son of Krypton ever decided to go bad (or rogue), with his versions in the Justice Lords, the Injustice League, and Injustice: Gods Among Us; but there are still more stories where he chose to become a power of good. So we'll leave you guys with Alex Ross' righteously awesome Kingdom Come version of Supes instead; we could all just wish to look as awesome when we're that age.
